Serving customers for over 35 years, VASEY Commercial is one of the largest mechanical service and design build companies in Central Indiana.
With 64 team members, general consensus points to VASEY’S ability to not micromanage, to actively encourage free thinking and creativity as well as provide performance based incentives and a balanced work life; all of which reinforces VASEY’s customer-first mantra.
The Top Workplaces Survey was conducted by Workplace Dynamics for the Indianapolis Star. This year there were 85 Central Indiana companies identified by the survey as Top Workplaces, an increase of five companies from the previous year.

Mary Dauenhauer
Meet Mary Dauenhauer VASEY’s Accounting Specialist, and soon to be C.A.R.E. (Customer Assurance, Review, and Evaluation) Coordinator. Mary joined the team in September of 2014.
Mary has two dogs: Zoey (Golden Retriever) and Rocco (Shepherd mix….with A LOT of energy and nosiness)! Mary’s favorite sport is football, especially anything with the Green Bay Packers. As a diehard Packers fan (and a shareholder), Mary attended the 1997 Super Bowl in New Orleans when her beloved Packers beat the New England Patriots, 34-21.
When not at work Mary loves being outdoors, biking, hiking, and gardening. She’s an avid reader and loves to travel – especially to beach destinations. Watch out if you’re ever invited to Mary’s house because they have competitive ping-pong parties (with lots of trash-talking)! Mary has a Bachelor degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and she was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN.
