Our project team provided a "Linc Service Building Analysis" to assess the problem at hand. Next we partnered with a trusted manufacturer’s representative to develop a solution for their problem. After thorough research we integrated state of the art equipment with an existing building automation system to control the environment within acceptable parameters. The equipment is capable of multiple stages of cooling and humidity control logic that allows the client precise control of their indoor comfort.

A rating of 50 indicates that the building, from an energy consumption standpoint, performs better than 50% of all similar buildings nationwide, while a rating of 75 indicates that the building performs better than 75% of all similar buildings nationwide. Basically a MPG for your building.

What is required of you? Schedule and complete a Benchmarking appointment with our representative, provide two years of utility bills, number of people, number of computers, general high level information regarding the occupancy and use of the facility and hours of occupancy. This Benchmarking Survey is available to any building within 60 miles of downtown Indianapolis, IN.

What do you have to do to get the gift card? Everyone who signs up and completes a Benchmarking appointment with a Vasey Representative will have their name entered in a drawing for a $100 Amazon Gift Card*. There will be five $100 Amazon Gift Card Winners.

Why should you want to participate? By participating in the survey, customers will have the opportunity to determine energy savings in their facility, set investment priorities, verify and track savings of improvement projects, and gain EPA recognition for their facility (Energy Star Recognition).
