Call Us Crazy, But the Stranger, More Quirky, Bizarre or Intense the Challenge, the Better We Like It |
Before becoming clients, organizations typically do not fully understand their environmental needs as it relates to their particular application or situation – maybe it involves current codes or energy requirements, LEED certification, or rebate opportunities. We spend a great deal of time listening to client challenges, understanding the desired goals and then designing the perfect solution for each application.

At VASEY, the stranger, the more quirky or intense the challenge, the better we like it. The word “no” doesn’t exist in our vocabulary. Our uniquely designed, engineered and maintained solutions outperform competitive concepts/installations. This stems from our extensive experience and passion for solving challenges and problems. |

Prepared for Winter? |
The best way to prepare for winter is to implement a preventative maintenance program. Operation and Maintenance (O&M) programs targeting energy efficiency can save between 5% and 20% on energy bills. Make sure that your system is operating efficiently by calibrating system sensors, replacing air filters, cleaning coils, periodically retro-commissioning equipment, detecting leaks, monitoring oil levels, and verifying the operation of system components.

|
Consider installing programmable thermostats or a building automation system to control usage as needed. No sense in keeping your building warm and toasty at night if no one is working. If you haven’t already, consider installing an exhaust air energy recovery system - enthalpy wheels, energy recovery ventilators, and heat recovery systems. Call VASEY – we can help you prepare for winter, determine your needs, stay warm and save energy! |
