Spring 2017

Have You Seen Our New Trucks?

Our newly branded vehicles are out in force as we continue to grow our team and to expand our service offerings. VASEY is more than an HVAC service provider. We provide a variety of facility services, helping Building Owners (BOs) and CFOs (Chief Financial Officers) Optimize Buildings and Budgets.

Regardless of the industry, for-profit or non-profit, we help our clients realize a positive impact to their bottom lines. Approximately 25 percent of a building’s life cycle cost occurs during its initial design, construction and ultimate disposal. The remaining 75 percent of life cycle costs can be attributed to a facility’s operation, maintenance and system replacements.

Some of our services include comprehensive mechanical services and systems design, retrofits and replacements, building automation and controls, plumbing installation and service, proactive/preventive maintenance as well as energy optimization systems.

After performing a lighting retrofit in the office and warehouse buildings back in 2015, substantially reducing electric usage and saving thousands of dollars, VASEY also has established a recycling initiative with Ray’s Trash for our office and warehouse spaces.

Recycle bins have been placed around the common areas and a large dumpster placed strategically in the parking lot. Vasey has become a truly Eco-Friendly company.
