What Do You Do Now?

Harkening back to childhood memories, it’s too bad VASEY doesn’t have our own distress signal like Batman. Like Batman, we’re on call 24/7 for any emergency. One of our many talents is saving customers from precarious, seemingly horrendous situations.

VASEY fights against the never-ending battle of unpredictable HVAC and plumbing disasters.

Delivery Truck vs. Sewer

A heavily loaded semi-truck pulls around the back of the building for a delivery. On its way out, the driver needed to maneuver by backing up into your semi-circle drive way. In doing so, the semi-truck inadvertently cracks your sewer line running from the building out to the main street connect.

What do you do now?

 

Hotel vs. Chiller

Or you own a five-story hotel. In the dead of summer with temperatures exceeding 90 degrees, the chiller on your roof top goes kaput. No air conditioning. A new chiller unit takes 12-15 weeks to be delivered. No one can find a replacement and you’ve got grumpy, sweaty customers huffing all over the place.

What do you do now?

 

Restaurant vs. Water

Better yet, during the dinner service at your restaurant, you get slammed. The little league baseball team won their tournament and as a treat, the coach decides to take the team out to eat. Suddenly, your water heater breaks – and not a duct tape, easy-to-fix kind of break. Now you’re stuck. No water.

What do you do now?

 

Each of the above scenarios actually happened. With the sewer line, we dispatched a crew immediately to fix it. For the hotel, we rented and installed a temporary chiller until their new chiller unit could be delivered. For the restaurant, we provided a temporary water heater to get them out of a jam.

These private events provide the leaders and decision makers of their franchise networks with the opportunity to collaborate through networking events, attend educational and motivational sessions, share best practices, and celebrate the successes of the previous year.
