Challenges and Changes 2020 not only produced odd circumstances but it also added to our vocabulary with shelter-in-place, self-quarantine, masks, and social distancing. We witnessed toilet paper hoarding, empty grocery store shelves, a lack of disinfectants and cleaning supplies, and logistic and supply chain disruptions.
