September’s blog is a unique application and it’s a perfect illustration of how VASEY can solve challenges that competitors cannot. VASEY’s customer, in the trucking industry, manufactures air ride suspension systems for semi-trailers. We created custom fume hoods for their welding stations. Challenges included, exacting specifications required to fit their existing framework and limited workspace. The fume hoods were 32” wide by 150” (12-6”) long by 20” deep. VASEY custom manufactured these hoods at the VASEY facility, delivered them to the customer (which was challenging since the units were so large), and installed each unit.
