St. Thomas Aquinas Church Needed a New System. They Called VASEY!

St. Thomas Aquinas has been a VASEY service and project customer since 2008. The customer was operating an antiquated boiler with associated equipment that performed poorly and was unable to keep up with facility demands. VASEY Solves Building Issues!

A building located at 3737 North Meridian, owned by Mays Property Management Company, has been a VASEY service and project customer since 2014. With multiple types of tenants (doctors, lawyers, and dentists offices) Mays Property lacked proper temperature control over their individual offices. The fluctuations created an uncomfortable environment for the property owner’s tenants as well as for the tenants’ clientele. VASEY obtained this manufacturing client via a referral because they were not satisfied with their existing contractor. They wanted a price for maintenance on and repairs to their existing systems. They had already received one competitive bid to simply fix and repair what they had. The customer was using residential grade equipment in a commercial, manufacturing and production-type building.
