Meet DeeDee Prather, an essential member of our Service Dispatch Department. DeeDee has been with VASEY for 14 years. Some of her responsibilities include answering calls, dispatching technicians, and scheduling repairs for customers.We owe a great deal of thanks to DeeDee as she has been a vital part of our team. Meet Julie Rusaw. Julie, with VASEY for just over three years, is our Accounts Receivable Specialist. She answers customers’ invoice-related questions, posts payments and she’s the resident Excel maven. Her most memorable moment – her first company party and meeting other team members and their partners as she’d only been with VASEY a couple of months. According to Julie – customers choose VASEY over the competition because VASEY is more like a partner in their businesses rather than just a vendor. Meet Cameron (Cam) Norris who joined our team this past spring. Cameron is in plumbing sales and he’s responsible for maintenance and project sales for our commercial plumbing area. So far, his most memorable moment at VASEY. . . the company breakfast and being impressed with the tenure of the staff. According to Cam, companies choose VASEY because they appreciate terrific customer service, and they understand the value and importance of having VASEY on their team. Meet July’s team member in the spotlight, Tim Clapper. Tim has worked with VASEY for almost 18 years. He is one of our talented Project Field Supervisors. He schedules teams, develops detailed material lists, contacts customers before crews are deployed, and sets up cranes for roof work. His previous expertise also includes in-field installations and plumbing. Tim likes working for VASEY because of the great owners and his co-workers. “It’s like working for family. Say hello to Paula Lowe. Paula, having been with VASEY for over 16 years, is our Payroll/HR Admin Assistant. She wears several hats, but her primary responsibilities include Payroll, Benefits, HR Admin Assistant, Accounts Payable Backup, office supplies and IT support. One of her fondest memories involved helping Bill Vasey (Founder) and his wife, Karen, return to Florida. Paula visited family, friends, former co-workers, and her old Florida stomping grounds. Paula is such an asset to our company. She has an insatiable appetite for learning, knowledge, and growth; plus, she catches about anything we throw in her direction. Meet Kevin McDonald. Kevin was promoted to Project Manager nine months ago. He provides customers with replacement solutions for their HVAC systems. On July 1 of this year, Kevin will celebrate his 19th work anniversary. For his first 18 years with VASEY, he expertly served as a HVAC technician. Meet Mike Bogan. He’s been with VASEY for 17 years - 15 of which as a HVAC project installer. Because he’s been such a powerful contributor to VASEY’s success, Mike was promoted to Plumbing Manager in the summer of 2019. Now his responsibilities revolve around plumbing projects and sales. He specifies equipment needed during the bidding process, coordinates projects, and schedules team members. According to Mike, VASEY maintains a family-like work environment.
