We’d like to introduce you to our new Service Manager, Joe Williams. Joe has been with VASEY for 17 years. Joe understands our business inside and out. Previously, he was a technician servicing restaurant refrigeration. Before becoming Service Manager, Joe was also a supervisor. He knows how to take care of our technicians as well as our customers! Meet Rob Zellers, one of our outstanding Maintenance Sales Representatives.Rob provides customer service and support for our current customers and forms high-caliber partnerships with new and future customers to successfully manage their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) needs. In March 2023, Rob will celebrate his 17th work anniversary. On a special note, Rob garnered top sales, receiving a Diamond Award, in 2020 – no easy feat given COVID and the crazy circumstances surrounding it. Meet DeeDee Prather, an essential member of our Service Dispatch Department. DeeDee has been with VASEY for 14 years. Some of her responsibilities include answering calls, dispatching technicians, and scheduling repairs for customers.We owe a great deal of thanks to DeeDee as she has been a vital part of our team. Meet Julie Rusaw. Julie, with VASEY for just over three years, is our Accounts Receivable Specialist. She answers customers’ invoice-related questions, posts payments and she’s the resident Excel maven. Her most memorable moment – her first company party and meeting other team members and their partners as she’d only been with VASEY a couple of months. According to Julie – customers choose VASEY over the competition because VASEY is more like a partner in their businesses rather than just a vendor. Meet Cameron (Cam) Norris who joined our team this past spring. Cameron is in plumbing sales and he’s responsible for maintenance and project sales for our commercial plumbing area. So far, his most memorable moment at VASEY. . . the company breakfast and being impressed with the tenure of the staff. According to Cam, companies choose VASEY because they appreciate terrific customer service, and they understand the value and importance of having VASEY on their team.
